Formulators and processors working on blown film, cast film and pipe extrusion can now evaluate a new range of PFAS- and silicone-free polymer processing aid (PPA) masterbatches from Gabriel-Chemie, based on hydrocarbon technology and supplied on polyethylene and polypropylene carriers.

PPAs are used across extrusion applications to improve process stability, reduce die build-up and support consistent end-product quality. According to Gabriel-Chemie, the new grades were developed to address these same processing functions while removing PFAS and silicone from the formulation.
