Finawax E by Fine Organics acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for polyolefins. It is a refined vegetable oil-based erucamide. When mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer & processing equipment and also between the polymer-polymer inter-faces.
- Finawax E is recommended for both LDPE & LLDPE as well as PP film grade applications.
- It allows higher processing temperatures. Complies with EU Directive 2002/72/EC, REACH and FDA.
- The recommended use level for polyethylene is 0.05-0.3% and for polypropylene is 0.05-0.3%.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
