VORASURF™ DC 2585 Additive by Dow is a low-efficiency, general-purpose silicone surfactant. It offers low VOC/FOG emissions and reduces basal cell formation. This product shows improved foam surface appearance. VORASURF™ DC 2585 Additive is designed for cold-cure flexible molded MDI foam systems, MDI-based cold-cure HR molded foam systems and energy-absorbing NVH systems. The shelf life of this product is 24 months. VORASURF™ DC 5164 Additive by Dow is a strong bulk stabilizing, general-purpose silicone surfactant with high efficiency. VORASURF™ DC 5164 Additive is used for production of flexible HR molded foam. Also, used in TDI-based HR molded foam and TDI/MDI molded foam systems. The shelf life of this product is 30 months. VORASURF™ DC 2584 Additive by Dow is a high efficiency, low VOC, silicone surfactant with medium to high potency. It is used in flexible molded polyurethane foam. It exhibits excellent surface appearance and produces open-celled foam. VORASURF™ DC 2584 Additive is used in cold-cure TDI/MDI flexible molded foam. VORASURF™ DC 5125 Additive by Dow is a wide-processing-latitude surfactant. It is used in conventional and flame-resistant grades of soft, low-medium density polyether slabstock foam and TDI slabstock foam formulations. The shelf life of VORASURF™ DC 5125 Additive is 24 months. VORASURF™ DC 6080 Additive by Dow is a high efficiency silicone surfactant. It offers good surface appearance. It is used in flexible molded polyurethane foam and flexible molded foam applications. VORASURF™ DC 2550 Additive by Dow is a low VOC, silicone surfactant with medium potency. It possesses good surface appearance. VORASURF™ DC 2550 Additive is used in flexible molded polyurethane foam and MDI based HR systems. VORASURF™ DC 2525 Additive by Dow is a stabilizer surfactant for production of flexible molded foam. It is used for low-emission surfactant MDI and MDI/TDI molded foam systems. Typical use level for VORASURF™ DC 2525 Additive is 0.6–1.0 pphp. The shelf life of this product is 24 months. VORASURF™ SZ-1328E Fluid by Dow is a non-hydrolyzable, silicone surfactant for high-resiliency molded polyurethane foam. VORASURF™ DC 5043 Additive by Dow is a standard, general-purpose surfactant. It offers broad processing latitude, balanced nucleation and cell stabilization properties. VORASURF™ DC 5043 Additive is used for HR slab stock, molded TDI foams, TDI HR molded and slab stock foam systems. VORASURF™ DC 5043 Additive has a shelf life of 30 months. VORASURF™ RF 5374 Additive by Dow is silicone surfactant for the production of pentane-blown rigid polyurethane foam systems. It offers superior flow, good aesthetics, high blend stability & clarity and high polyol side solubility. It helps meet high insulation requirements. It is suitable for pentane-blown rigid foam cold chain, commercial & domestic refrigeration appliances and complex cabinet design. Recommended dosage level is 1 to 3 parts per 100 parts polyol. VORASURF™ RF 5374 Additive has a shelf life of 30 months.
