PAPI™ 580 N Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. This product possesses high functionality and relatively high viscosity. It imparts good resistance to heat distortion, excellent strength properties at low densities and improved humid age stability. PAPI™ 580 N Polymeric MDI is recommended for use in polyisocyanurate rigid foam, continuous flexible faced laminates/isoboard, laminated panel cores, pour-in-place insulation, structural foams and bunstock polyisocyanurate. PAPI™ 94 Polymeric MDI by Dow is a low viscosity, low functionality, highly versatile, polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. It exhibits delayed gel times and improved mold flow in a variety of polyurethane formulations. It is used in elastomers, flexible-, semi-flexible-, integral skin- & high resilience foam and isocyanate prepolymers. PAPI™ 20 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. This product possesses high functionality and high viscosity resulting in highly rigid polyisocyanurate foams. PAPI™ 20 Polymeric MDI is designed for continuous laminates and laminated panel cores. PAPI™ 95 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. It provides excellent flowability and fast curing in a variety of polyurethane applications. PAPI™ 95 Polymeric MDI is suitable for a full range of low and high density semi-flexible and semi-rigid foam applications that demand fast demold times for intricate parts. It is used in automotive interior foams, elastomers, furniture foams, laminated panel cores, LD RIM, structural & integral skin foams. PAPI™ 901 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. This product possesses high functionality and high viscosity resulting in highly rigid polyisocyanurate foams. PAPI™ 901 Polymeric MDI is suitable for elastomers and automotive interior foams. PAPI™ 27 Polymeric MDI by Dow is polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. This product possesses narrow molecular weight distribution and high reactivity. PAPI™ 27 Polymeric MDI is compatible with rigid polyether and polyester polyols. It is suitable for a full range of low- to high-density semi-rigid foams, rigid foams and structural RIM processing. PAPI™ 2940 Isocyanate by Dow is a low viscosity, low functionality, polymethylene polyphenylisocyanate containing MDI. It offers delayed gel times and allows better flow into molds for semi-flexible and integral skin foams. PAPI™ 2940 Isocyanate is used in packaging, furniture and structural foams. PAPI™ PB 219 Isocyanate by Dow is low viscosity, polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate. It contains high quantities of monomeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate isomers. This product provides excellent processing and enhanced foam physical properties. PAPI™ PB 219 Isocyanate is used to produce viscoelastic and high resiliency foams.
