Deosulf U 60 by DOG Chemie is used as vulcanizing agent. It is also used in sulfur preparation. Deosulf U 60 offers very good ageing properties. Deosulf L 95 by DOG Chemie is a soluble sulfur (at least 99%) with dispersants perfect incorporation of insoluble sulphur into rubber. This yellow non-dusty powder contains 0.5% organic dispersants. In addition, the sulfur preparation can be mixed in and dispersed evenly. There is no local over-vulcanization, thus vulcanizates with better aging properties are obtained.
