Bionox 1024 can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants (particularly BIONOX 1010) to achieve synergistic performance.

Bionox 1076

by Bioray Chem

Bionox 1076 by Bioray Chem is octadecyl-3-(3,5-di-tert.butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant. Used in polymer processing, reducing viscosity changing and gel formation. Provides long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during store as well as use of end-products. Exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with BIONOX 168 and other secondary antioxidants. Bionox 1076 also acts as an excellent stabilizer for polyolefins, impact modified styrenics, block co-polymers, elastomers, PVC and polyurethanes. Can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal or light stabilization in out door use.

Bionox 565

by Bioray Chem

2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-(4,6-bis(octylthio)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)phenol. Acts as a high molecular weight, non-staining, multifunctional phenolic antioxidant primarily used as a post-polymerization process stabilizer for unsaturated elastomers.

Bionox 245

by Bioray Chem

Bionox 245 by Bioray Chem is triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides very low volatility and excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds. Possesses good color stability, and extraction resistance. Exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with thioester antioxidants. Also acts as a chain stopper in PVC and ABS manufacturing process as well as fish eye reduction in flex-PVC applications. Bionox 245 can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use.

Bionox DSTDP

by Bioray Chem

Bionox DSTDP by Bioray Chem is distearyl thiodipropionate. Acts as an antioxidant. Decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. Is an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. Can be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants. Enhances aging and light stability. Bionox DSTDP is used for plastics, rubber and synthetic fiber.

Bionox 1010

by Bioray Chem

Bionox 1010 by Bioray Chem is tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenol)propionate]methane. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides very low volatility and excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds. Imparts reduced viscosity changing and gel formation. Provides long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during store as well as use of end-product. Exhibits good resistance to discoloration at the high temperature that are encountered in thermoplastics polymer processing. Also exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with BIONOX 168 and other secondary antioxidants. Bionox 1010 can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal or light stabilization in out door use.

Bionox 626

by Bioray Chem

Bionox 626 by Bioray Chem is Bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. Acts as a secondary high performance antioxidant for organic polymers. Possesses excellent melt flow and color protection during thermal processing of polymers. Its applications include polyolefins, elastomers, polycarbonate, polyester, and styrenics. Can be used in combination with hindered phenol flame retardants, such as BIONOX 1010, BIONOX 1076 to achieve synergistic performance. Bionox 626 is also used with benzotriazoles and HALS for thermal as well as light stabilization in outdoor use.

Bionox TBM-6

by Bioray Chem

Bionox TBM-6 by Bioray Chem is 4,4'-Thiobis(2-tbutyl-5-methylphenol). Acts as an antioxidant with high-performance and no-staining property. Has good synergistic effects if the product cooperates with dilauryl thiodipropionate (or distearyl thiodipropionate). Also has low toxicity, so it is permitted to use in the plastic products contacting with food. Bionox TBM-6 is especially used in crosslinked polyethylene and colophony resin.

Bionox 168

by Bioray Chem

Bionox 168 by Bioray Chem is tris(2,4-ditert-butylphenyl)phosphite. Acts as an organo-phosphite antioxidant that exhibits excellent hydrolytic stability.
