Bionox 1010

Bionox 1010 by Bioray Chem is tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenol)propionate]methane. Acts as a high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant that provides very low volatility and excellent resistance to extraction from polymer compounds. Imparts reduced viscosity changing and gel formation. Provides long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during store as well as use of end-product. Exhibits good resistance to discoloration at the high temperature that are encountered in thermoplastics polymer processing. Also exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with BIONOX 168 and other secondary antioxidants. Bionox 1010 can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal or light stabilization in out door use.
