Chemical foaming agent. Characterized by exothermic decomposition. Used for injection molding and extrusion applications. It is intended for sink mark removal and wrap reduction in injection molded applications. XO- 331 is designed for PVC to produce controlled gas yields and obtain uniform cell structure. Maximum gas yields are achieved when processing temperatures of 245- 250°C ( 510-580°F) are reached. Recommended usage
level for injection molding and extrusion is 1.0- 2.5% and 0.25- 2.5% respectively.
