Foamazol™ 91 by Bergen International is a chemical foaming agent. It is characterized by endothermic decomposition. It is intended for applications where lower processing temperatures are used that require uniform cell structure with good density reduction. Foamazol™ 91 achieves maximum gas yields when processing temperature reaches 175-230° C (347-446° F). Foamazol™ 92 by Bergen International is a chemical foaming agent. It is used for applications where low processing temperatures are used that require relatively fine cell structure with good density reduction. It is characterized by endothermic decomposition. Foamazol™ 92 achieves maximum gas yields when the processing temperature reaches 180-210° C (356-410° F). Foamazol™ 90 by Bergen International is a chemical foaming agent. It is characterized by endothermic decomposition. It is used for applications where low-temperature applications are used where high gas yields are desirable. Foamazol™ 90 achieves maximum gas yields when processing temperature reaches 180-210° C (356-410° F). Foamazol™ 73 S by Bergen International is a chemical foaming agent. It is characterized by endothermic decomposition. It is used in injection molding and extrusion applications where fine and uniform cell structure is required. It is recommended for nucleation of direct gassed polystyrene foams. Maximum gas yields are achieved when processing temperatures of 185- 230°C ( 365-446°F) are reached. Usage level of injection molding is 0.5- 2.0%. Foamazol™ 86 by Bergen International is a chemical foaming agent. It is characterized by Exothermic decomposition.
