AKPEROX DCP by AKPA Kimya is dicumyl peroxide. It is used as a crosslinking agent for elastomers and olefin plastics. It acts as an initiator and flame-retardant co-agent for expandable PS. It can be used in pultrusion. The shelf life of AKPEROX DCP is 1 year. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX PK295 D90 by AKPA Kimya is 1,1-Di(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane. It is recommended for the curing unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperature. It is suitable for curing UP resin-based hot press molding formulations (SMC, DMC, BMC, etc.) at 120 - 170°C. AKPEROX PK295 D90 can be used in pultrusion & LDPE. The shelf life is 3 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX A30 by AKPA Kimya is general purpose, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. It is recommended for curing unsaturated polyester resin at room & elevated temperature. It is suitable for vinyl ester resin. It can be used in hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete & marble, filament winding, resin transfer molding (RTM) and continuous laminating. It is suitable for tubes & shower pans specially in hot weather. The shelf life of AKPEROX A30 is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX CMP50 by AKPA Kimya is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure with slow gel time. This grade is blend of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cumyl hydroperoxide. It offers good final cure and low impurity level advantages. AKPEROX CMP50 is recommended for vinyl ester resin. It is designed for hand lay up, spray up, resin transfer molding, centrifugal casting, and filament winding. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPEROX CH80 by AKPA Kimya is used for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for hot-press molding formulations such as SMC, DMC and BMC in the temperature range of 120-170°C. AKPEROX CH80 is recommended for hand lay up, spray up, resin transfer molding, centrifugal casting, continuous laminating and filament winding. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008. AKPA Kimya by AKPA Kimya is multipurpose catalyst. It is recommended for the cure of promoted unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature. It can heat-cure the resin at a temperature range of 100-127°C. AKPEROX A9CL can be used in hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete & marble, filament winding and resin transfer molding (RTM). The shelf life of AKPEROX A9CL is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX C80 by AKPA Kimya is 2,2-di-(tert-butylperoxy)-butane. It acts as an initiator. It is recommended for the copolymerization of styrene butadiene, vinyl acetate, acrylates and methacrylates. It can be used in hand-layup & spray-up and vinyl ester resin. It offers bulk polymerization. The shelf life of AKPEROX C80 is 3 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX BU50 by AKPA Kimya is 2,2-Di-(tert-butylperoxy)-butane. It acts as an initiator. It is recommended for the copolymerization of styrene, vinyl acetate, acrylates and methacrylates at a temperature range of 100-140°C. It can be combined with other peroxides for high pressure polymerization of ethylene at a temperature range of 200-250°C. The shelf life of AKPEROX BU50 is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830. AKPEROX A60G by AKPA Kimya is general purpose, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. It is recommended for curing unsaturated polyester resin at room temperature. It can be used together with metal salts as accelerator. It is suitable for vinyl ester, fiber, button, dope, casting type polyester resins and GRP pipe production. It can be used in hand lay-up & spray-up, polymer concrete & marble, filament winding, resin transfer molding (RTM) and continuous laminating. The shelf life of AKPEROX A60G is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830.
