AKPEROX CMP50

AKPEROX CMP50 by AKPA Kimya is a liquid polymerization initiator for the room temperature cure with slow gel time. This grade is blend of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and cumyl hydroperoxide. It offers good final cure and low impurity level advantages. AKPEROX CMP50 is recommended for vinyl ester resin. It is designed for hand lay up, spray up, resin transfer molding, centrifugal casting, and filament winding. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008.

AKPEROX CH80

AKPEROX CH80 by AKPA Kimya is used for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for hot-press molding formulations such as SMC, DMC and BMC in the temperature range of 120-170°C. AKPEROX CH80 is recommended for hand lay up, spray up, resin transfer molding, centrifugal casting, continuous laminating and filament winding. Its shelf life is 6 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006 and regulation EC No 1272/2008.

EFOX 50

EFOX 50 by AKPA Kimya is tert-butyl peroxypivalate. It is used as an initiator for low density polyethylene production. It is suitable for pipe type, autoclave processes and acrylics. It is recommended for the polymerization of vinyl chloride at 50-70°C. It is designed for use in pultrusion. The shelf life of EFOX 50 is 3 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830.
