Orgater HALS 62 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a light stabilizer based on an oligomeric polymer. It has synergistic performance with UV light absorbers. It exhibits low volatility and high thermal stability. Orgater HALS 62 is easy to incorporate and has broad compatibility ORGATER STAT 09S by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a distilled grade of glycerol monostearate having a minimum monoester content of 95%. It is off-white bead, also available in pellet form for easy handling. <br>

It is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP and HDPE specially for extrusion blow molding applications. Recommended working temperature is 200-220°C to achieve optimum efficiency. In automotive applications it’s used for blow molded parts like air ducts. Typical use level for extrusion blown process is 0.5-2.0%. It contains polymer blend as carrier. Orgater MB.BA.24 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a foaming agent. Suitable for PP, PE, PS for injection molding applications mainly and contains some special additives to minimize the risk of corrosion of the mold. In automotive applications it will be successfully used to reduce weight for the light weighting programs of the OEM’S. It contains carrier LDPE resin. Orgater BA.H02.F by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a blowing agent. It is recommended for application in the extrusion of foamed profiles and boards made from PVC in combination with azodicarbonamide powder. It is also suitable for TPE and used in packaging. The recommended use level of Orgater BA.H02.F is 0.4-2.5%. Orgater BA.H.07 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a blowing agent. It is suitable for PP/PET-fine cells structure. It is designed for extrusion. Orgater BA.H.07 is suitable for PP decorative ribbon applications and for direct gassing foamed PET films, sheets and profiles applications. Orgater HALS 77-77G by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a hindered amine light stabiliser (HALS) suitable for most polymers. It offers excellent protection for polymers against degradation by ultraviolet light. Orgater HALS 77-77G is suitable for polyolefins such as polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrene as well as for ABS, PVC, polyurethane and engineering plastics. Orgater HT by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a synthetic hydrotalcite grade which offers excellent heat stability. It provides excellent processing characteristics in engineering plastics and polyolefins. Orgater HT eliminates mold corrosion and polymer degradation. Orgater HALS 92 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a hindered amine light stablizer for use in polymers. Orgater HALS 92 is recommended for use in polyurethane, unsaturated polyester, acrylics, polyolefines, styrenic and vinyl polymers. Orgater HALS 94 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is an oligomeric, sterically hindered amine light stabilizer particularly useful for the protection of polymers used in automotive applications. It is designed for polyolefins, including co-polymers and blends of polypropylene with elastomers. It shows excellent performance in the stabilization of thin articles such as fibers, tapes and films. Orgater HALS 94 has extensive food contact approvals.
