ADK STAB FP-600 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a high molecular weight, liquid phosphate ester based flame retardant with good processing properties. Its thermal stability provides superior long term service life of final parts. Its hydrolytic stability provides improved performance of final parts under high humidity conditions. It exhibits heat resistance, melt flow, stiffness and high chemical resistance. ADK STAB FP-600 is recommended for PC/ABS alloys, PPE, HIPS, PC industry standard for E&E applications. It complies RoHS and WEEE in accordance to “Blauer Engel” and “TCO 05”. ADK STAB CDA-1 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a multi-functional, sophisticated metal deactivator containing a heterocyclic group. It prevents oxidative degradation caused by copper or other metal catalysts in certain applications. ADK STAB CDA-1 is non-discoloring and suitable for polyolefins, ABS and other polymers. ADK STAB FP-900L by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a bisphenol A-free, phosphate ester-based flame retardant. When used with PC/ABS, it offers processing benefits as it is less plasticizing than BDP, thus enabling better impact properties and HDT. It also offers good stability upon recycling simulation, reduction in loading by 2-2.5% compared to BDP whilst maintaining UL-94 V-0. ADK STAB FP-900L has good recyclability in PC/ABS as it is stable upon multiple pass extrusion and maintains V-0 (re-addition of PTFE as anti-drip required). ADK STAB LA-46 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is UV absorber. It offers low volatility but an excellent thermal stability and discoloration resistance against heat. ADK STAB LA-46 offers high absorption between 280 nm and 300 nm UV regions. Recommended for HIPS, GPPS, ABS, PBT, PET, PC, PMMA, PUR and PVC. ADK STAB LA-81 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a high performing third generation HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer). It can stabilize polymers against photo-degradation even in strong acidic environment. Shows low volatility, low extractability and non-blooming due to its high molecular weight. Processes excellent compatibility to various kinds of polymers. ADK STAB LA-81 provides an light stability to low polar polymers such as polyolefin. Recommended for PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PVC. ADK STAB LA-63P by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a high molecular weight HALS. It shows an excellent UV protection by scavenging radicals generated by photo degradation. ADK STAB LA-63P exhibits very low viscosity and an excellent resistance to extraction. It provides an excellent light stability to thin applications, such as olefin films and engineering plastics which require high processing temperature. Recommended for PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HIPS, PBT, ABS, POM, PPO, PMMA, PUR and PVC. ADK STAB NA-27 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a high-performance nucleating agent for polypropylene. Offers excellent performance, in particular high flexural modulus, crystallization temperature, flexural modulus, surface gloss and very good heat deflection temperature. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding applications. ADK STAB NA-27 is recommended talc filled automotive applications. This grade is effective at low concentrations in filled PP and especially suitable for homo & block PP. ADK STAB LA-502 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is novel light stabilizer. Provides very good light & heat stability. ADK STAB LA-502 is used for interior automotive applications. ADK STAB LA-52SC by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is highly effective N-methylated HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer). Offers high level of bloom and fogging resistance. ADK STAB LA-52SC provides very good process stability and superior light stability. ADK STAB RUP-190E by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a lead-free, Al-Mg-Zn type heat stabilizer. It provides high temperature heat stability, high resistance to aging, electrical properties and mechanical properties. It is is free from heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and barium. ADK STAB RUP-190E is effective for flexible PVC used in electrical wire and cable and automotive applications. The recommended dosage will be in the range of 8.0 to 12.0 phr depending on the level of performance properties required in the final application.
