Orgater MB.BA.25 by ADEKA Polymer Additives Europe is a foaming agent. It is used for very fine cells foaming of resins like PP and HDPE specially for extrusion blow molding applications. Recommended working temperature is 200-220°C to achieve optimum efficiency. In automotive applications it’s used for blow molded parts like air ducts. Typical use level for extrusion blown process is 0.5-2.0%. It contains polymer blend as carrier.
