STRUKTOL® A 89 by Struktol is a peptizer and processing additive for natural rubber. It is a blend of aromatic disulphide, metal complex and organic dispersing agents. This product is used for pre-mastication and single stage processes. STRUKTOL® A 89 is easily dispersed in rubber due to its high content of processing additive. It also acts as a dispersing agent for powdery compounding materials. It is effective on the mill at temperatures above 80°C and in the internal mixer up to 160°C. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.3 phr. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
