Struktol® A 86

Struktol® A 86 by Struktol is a peptizer and processing additive for natural & synthetic rubber. It is a blend of organic metallic complexes, peptizer and organic and inorganic dispersing agents.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It contains 4 times the amount of active substance compared to STRUKTOL® A 80 & STRUKTOL® A 82 and can be used at correspondingly lower levels.</li> <li> It is effective on the mill at temperatures above 80°C and in the internal mixer up to 160°C.</li> <li> Recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.5 phr.</li> <li> Struktol® A 86 has the shelf life of 2 years.</li> </ul>

Struktol® WS 280 POWDER

Struktol® WS 280 POWDER by Struktol is a processing aid based on organosilicones. It is a condensation product of special fatty acid derivatives and silicones (75%) on inorganic carrier (25%).<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It improves flow properties & release behavior in the processing of rubber as well as mold release of vulcanizates.</li> <li> It has low volatility at high temperature, reduces mold fouling and provides good extrusion and excellent injection molding properties.</li> <li> It is highly compatible with FPM compounds and rubber which enables utilization of the highly efficient lubrication effects of silicone without exudation or bloom.</li> <li> Struktol® WS 280 POWDER has a recommended dosage of 0.5-2 phr.</li> <li> The shelf life of this product is 18 months.</li> </ul>

Struktol® Zinc Stearate CM

STRUKTOL® Zinc Stearate CM by Struktol is a mold release agent. It is a clear melt zinc stearate manufactured from high quality stearic acid in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity. It provides clarity required in polystyrene resins. The suggested dosage level is 0.5% in most plastic applications. It is sanctioned by FDA. The shelf life of STRUKTOL® Zinc Stearate CM is 2 years.
