SILMAFLAME AE2020/F

SILMAFLAME AE2020/F by Silma is an halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for polyethylene and polypropylene application based on organic phosphorus. It is a gas phase reactive flame retardant composition. It is heavy metals free and does not contains any organic polybrominated or polychlorinated.

• It is suitable for a wide range of applications like blow or cast films, fibers, electrical and electronics devices.
• It can be used in extrusion and injection molding.
• It is also suitable for outdoor apps.
• It is used at 12% to 25%, enabling compliance with IEC 61386, UL94 V2/V0, and DIN 4102 Class B1 depending on polymer type and thickness, and provides a glow-wire resistance of 850°C.
• It can be used in combination with other plastic additives like color masterbatches, antioxidants and stabilizers.
• SILMAFLAME AE2020/F has a shelf life of 1 year.
