Rhenopren® ZD by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a processing promoter in rubber compounds based on natural- and synthetic rubber. It has a dispersing effect on all rubber chemicals. It enhances the dynamic resilience of the vulcanizates based on SBR, extrudability, calendaring and dimensional stability at high temperature of uncured compounds. It is designed for technical molded and extruded goods, shoe uppers and cable products. Recommended dosage level of Rhenopren® ZD is 5-20 phr. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
