CORAX® N 351

Carbon black. Acts as a reinforcing filler. It provides UV protection, reinforcement and electrical conductivity. Corax® N 351 influences a variety of characteristics including wear properties (such as hardness, abrasion resistance and heat buildup) as well as process handling (dispersion, mixing temperature, viscosity) and mold processing (die swell and compression set). It enhances tires ranging from heavy-duty truck and solid industrial tires, to tires for high-performance automobiles, as well as motorcycles, bikes, and tires for farm and garden equipment. Used mainly for tires and mechanical rubber goods. Can also be used in extruded profiles, molded products, automotive and industrial equipment, tubes and hoses, belts, seals, gaskets, wiper blades, conveyor belts, sheet goods, rubber flooring, footwear as well as motor and vibration mounts.
