NEXIMID® 400 by Nexam Chemical is a pale yellow 4,4´-(1,2-Ethynyl) bisphthalic anhydride powder. Acts as a crosslinker and chain extender. Compatible with high performance polymers including polyimides, polyetherimides and aromatic polyamides. Designed for films for electronic applications, 3D-printing & structural composites for aerospace, heavy industry and military applications. No volatile byproducts are formed during curing of NEXIMID® 400.
