NEXAMITE® R305

NEXAMITE® R305 by Nexam Chemical is a ready-to-use masterbatch, viscosity modifier for decreased melt flow rate and compatibilizer for rPE and rPP.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It counteracts thermomechanical degradation during mechanical recycling and enables upcycling of recycled high-density polyethylene in film blowing, fiber production, and extrusion blow molding.</li> <li>It offers improved flow properties, ductility, processability, and high melt strength.</li> <li>It is peroxide-free grade and suitable for packaging, textiles, and automotive.</li> <li> The recommended dosage level is 2-5%.</li></ul>

NEXAMITE® MO20601

NEXAMITE® MO20601 by Nexam Chemical acts as an IV enhancer. It allows long chain branching of polyolefins. It is a ready-to-use masterbatch which enables an efficient and fast way to increase the melt strength and intrinsic viscosity (IV), without the need of any solid-state polymerization in various PET applications. It does not require pre-dying. NEXAMITE® MO20601 is compliant with several Food Contact Material Regulations.

NEXAMITE® R203

NEXAMITE® R203 by Nexam Chemical acts as a compatibilizer. It increases molecular weight and decreases melt flow rate. It is used to compatibilize PP with PE and other polyolefins. It improves sustainability footprint.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It changes flow properties of rPP to fit application manufacturing process, and provides consistency to fluctuation of incoming rPP.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level of NEXAMITE® R203 is 1-5%.</li></ul>
