GEL ALL MD

1,3:2,4-bis-O-(4-methylbenzylidene)-D-sorbitol. GEL ALL MD by New Japan Chemical acts as a nucleating agent for polyolefin resins, gelling agent, thickener and thixotropic agent. GEL ALL MD is also used as a monomer-type organic gelling agent, fluidity control agent, or the like. Adds good transparency and luster to homo polymer or random copolymer of polypropylene. It also has enhanced mechanical characteristics such as shock resistance and rigidity. Its increased crystallization temperature shortens cycle time for molding, thereby contributing to improvement of productivity. GEL ALL MD by New Japan Chemical is a clear nucleating agent suitable for medical polypropylene like injector, and is also effectively used in wide-ranging thin injection molded products such as storage containers, CD/DVD cases, jewel boxes, and food containers.
