BT-362 by Nanjing Baitong New Material is a compatibilizer for PC/ABS alloy or other engineering plastic systems that require high impact resistance and are transparent or translucent. It improves impact strength and low temperature toughness. It enhances the surface gloss of products and reduces processing defects such as silver lines and fusion marks.
- It reduces melt viscosity and improves injection filling efficiency.
- It is suitable for injection molding (electronic housings, transparent covers), extrusion molding (plates, tubes) and blow molding (transparent containers).
- It has application in electronic appliances such as cell phone/laptop shells, charger plugs (high gloss, drop resistant) and optical components such as instrument windows and LED lampshades (light transmittance>85%).
- BT-362 is also used in daily necessities such as transparent storage boxes, toys (both toughness and beauty) and medical devices such as transparent infusion tubes, testing equipment shells (chemical resistance, impact resistance).
- Recommended dosage level is 3-15 phr.
