Apyral® 40 HS1 by Nabaltec is a surface treated mineral flame retardant. Exhibits very high hydrophobicity, high elongation at break and good aging resistance. Shows excellent polymer compatibility and reduced water uptake. Recommended for cables, electrical/ electronics, construction industry and transportation. Apyral® 40 HS1 reduces chain scission of TPU.
