Actilox® PA-14 by Nabaltec is a mineral-based masterbatch containing silicone compounds. It functions as a process aid for highly filled mineral flame retardant compounds and cable applications. It has good conveyance and dosing and is easily blendable with mineral fillers. Exhibits reduced water uptake, 30 % increase in line speed and no take away of lip build-up. Actilox® PA-14 is suitable for processing by compounding and extrusion through extremely reduced die drooling.
