Actilox® B30 by Nabaltec is boehmite mineral-based acid scavenger and flame retardant. Exhibits excellent polymer compatibility and high temperature stability. Designed for cables, electrical/ electronics and transportation applications. Actilox® B30 shows synergistic effects with other flame retardants. Actilox® 200SM by Nabaltec functions as a mineral flame retardant and acid scavenger based on boehmite. Offers high temperature stability and high acid resistance. Shows synergistic effects with other flame retardants as well as good combination of electrical resistivity and mechanics up to 40% FR substitution. Exhibits improved processability, excellent polymer compatibility, good laser marking and coloring. Designed for cables, electrical/ electronics and transportation applications. Applications include PA 66 GF30 filled with Actilox® 200SM injection molded sample strip and UL 94 specimen after flaming used to develop a solid, glass-like structure. Actilox® B60 by Nabaltec is boehmite mineral-based flame retardant. It also functions as an acid scavenger. Exhibits excellent polymer compatibility and high temperature stability. Shows synergistic effects with other flame retardants. Actilox® B60 is recommended for cables, electrical/ electronic and transportation applications. Actilox® PA-14 by Nabaltec is a mineral-based masterbatch containing silicone compounds. It functions as a process aid for highly filled mineral flame retardant compounds and cable applications. It has good conveyance and dosing and is easily blendable with mineral fillers. Exhibits reduced water uptake, 30 % increase in line speed and no take away of lip build-up. Actilox® PA-14 is suitable for processing by compounding and extrusion through extremely reduced die drooling.
