Niax™ Silicone L-5690 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicone/polyether copolymer. Acts as a co-surfactant that stabilizes froth in the mechanically frothed foam process.
  • Possesses increased stabilization of mechanically frothed foam.
  • It reduces froth density and shear-induced cell collapse under doctor blade.
  • Offers reduced bubble coalescence in oven cure conditions.
  • Niax™ Silicone L-5690 provides a fine, microporous cell structure.
