Mold Free 985P by LIONS INDUSTRIES is a non-toxic and pollution free, multi-function processing aid and mold releasing agent. It strengthens rubber mobility, extruding speed, and surface smoothness. It prevents wearing and corrosion problems on die set, and extends the service life of die set. It is extremely stable under high temperature. It is suitable in the sizing material for die set molding under heating and vulcanization at the high temperature of 130-180°C. It can be added directly to sizing material. Mold Free 985P recommended usage level is 2-4% of raw rubber dosage. The shelf life of this product is two year.
