Globalene TPV 4755A NT by LCY Group acts as an impact modifier. It is a medium hardness, fully cured, multi-purpose thermoplastic elastomer containing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). It possesses excellent compression set and high temperature performance. It offers excellent ozone resistance and flexibility.
  • It exhibits good chemical- and weathering resistance, quality sealing and electrical property.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion for non-fatty food contact applications such as food containers, seals, kitchenware and other non-specific food applications.
  • Globalene TPV 4755A NT is recommended for automotive parts, appliances, business machines, construction, consumer products and electronics.
  • It can replace mainstream TPV, thermoset EPDM rubber, styrene-based TPEs, flexible PVC, and other TPEs.
  • It requires no pre-drying and can be processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment.
