Globalene TPV 4035A NT by LCY Group acts as an impact modifier. It is a fully cured multi-purpose thermoplastic elastomer containing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and polypropylene (PP). It features low hardness, excellent compression set and high-temperature performance. It is specifically formulated with styrene-based TPEs for enhanced mechanical properties.
  • It offers quality sealing properties, good chemical- and weathering resistance and electrical properties.
  • It can replace mainstream TPV, thermoset EPDM rubber, styrene-based TPEs, flexible PVC, and other TPEs.
  • It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion.
  • It offers excellent ozone resistance, flexibility and requires no pre-drying.
  • Globalene TPV 4035A NT is used in weatherstrip profiles, seals, window gaskets, soft-touch articles, automotive parts, appliances, business machines, construction, consumer products, and electronics.
