MACROLEX® Red Violet R Gran by Lanxess is anthraquinone dyestuff-based pigment. It imparts broad spectrum of possible applications and excellent compatibility with a wide variety of polymer types and manufacturing methods. It is a solvent-soluble dye for plastics with high heat stability, good light fastness, weather resistance, high color strength and outstanding brilliance. It offers an innovative coloring technology for plastics that combines with excellent dyeing properties and processability to meet high ecological requirements. It can be easily broken and distributed and is incorporated quickly, evenly and completely into the plastic, while maintaining all the excellent dyeing properties. MACROLEX® Red Violet R Gran finds application in polyester, masterbatches, body for electrical equipment, housing for electrical and electronics, tool housing, fibers, packaging, bottles, cosmetic bottles, plastic- and rubber polymers. Recommended for the coloration, transparent and opaque dyeing of amorphous thermoplastics such as PS, PC, SAN, PMMA, PET, ABS and ABS / PC blends. It has a shelf life of 60 months.
