Javachem® A4-88 by Javachem is a stearic acid ethoxylated amide. It acts as an internal antistatic agent for various plastics such as PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PS, SAN & ABS. It exhibits excellent heat resistance, high melting point and no yellowing. It is very convenient to use due to its particle form. It can be used in color masterbatch or high-content filler products to improve dispersion. It is suitable for single/double screw extruder or injection molding machine. It can be used in packaging material. It is in accordance with the relevant food contact article in FDA. The dosage level of the grade for PE is 0.1-0.8%, for PP is 0.4-2.0%, for ABS, PS & SAN is 0.5-2.5% and for PA is 1.0-2.0%.
