Insight® PANC03 PP-7% CNT Masterbatch by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a polypropylene based 15% carbon nanotube
(CNT) masterbatch. It improves physical properties and electrical conductivity across different levels and loadings.
- It is recommended to use 10–30% by weight of the masterbatch to achieve a 2–7% CNT loading.
- The addition of CNTs enhance tensile modulus, tensile strength and electrical resistance, with minimal impact on impact strength.
- It is based on injection-molded ASTM test specimens.
- Insight® PANC03 PP-7% CNT Masterbatch is suitable for use in electronics, industrial and additive manufacturing applications.
