Insight® PANC03 PP-0% CNT Masterbatch by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a polypropylene based 15% carbon nanotube
(CNT) masterbatch. It enhances physical properties and electrical conductivity across different levels and loadings.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is recommended to use 10–30% by weight of the masterbatch to achieve a 2–7% CNT loading.</li><li> The addition of CNTs enhance tensile modulus, tensile strength and electrical resistance, with minimal impact on impact strength.</li><li>It is based on injection-molded ASTM test specimens.</li><li> Insight® PANC03 PP-0% CNT Masterbatch is suitable for use in electronics, industrial and additive manufacturing applications. </li></ul>
Insight® NANC03 PA 66-0% CNT Masterbatch by Insight Polymers & Compounding is a polyamide 66 (PA66) based CNT masterbatch with a 15% by weight loading of unique CNT technology that improves physical properties as well as electrical conductivity at various levels with various loadings. It is recommended to be used at levels of 10–30% by weight to achieve a 2–7% CNT loading. Insight® NANC03 PA 66-0% CNT Masterbatch is suitable for use in electronics, industrial and automotive applications.
