HECO® NUK 484 PP

HECO® NUK 484 PP by HECOPLAST is a nucleating and demolding agent. It enhances the transparency of polypropylene (PP) with its homogeneous, fine crystalline structure and raises the polymer's crystallization temperature.

• It shortens cooling time, allowing parts to be demolded sooner and cycle time is improved, boosting productivity.
• The built-in demolding aid makes the process easier and faster.
• It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion.
• It is added in the range of 1.5-4.0% depending on the desired properties.
• HECO® NUK 484 PP is US FDA and EU (VO) No. 10/2011 certified and has shelf life of 12 months.
