HALI 289 by Hali Industrial is a mica, tin dioxide and titanium (IV) oxide-based interference pearl pigment. It has rutile shimmer blue color and is blue by reflection. HALI 289 is used in masterbatch, decorative material, home appliances, stationery, toy, films, shoes, food and cosmetic packing and button as well as in PVC, PU artificial leather and rubbers.
