Tytanpol® RS

Tytanpol® RS by Grupa Azoty is a weather resistant titanium dioxide. It has rutile crystallographic structure, is nontoxic, non-flammable and chemically inactive. It has excellent processing qualities, low moisture content and does not cause lacing in plastic film. It ensures exceptionally easy wetting and dispensability in polymer matrix, has good optical properties. It is surface treated with Aluminum compounds (Al₂O₃) and modified with hydrophilic organic compounds. It is especially recommended for use in the production of pigment concentrates and pigmenting a broad range of plastics: flexible PVC, PE , PP and other polyolefin, plastisols, ABS, SAN, polystyrene, acrylic plastics, polyurethanes, polyamides, polycarbonates, elastomers, rubber products, silicone products, vinyl floor lining and linoleum. Tytanpol® RS is especially suitable for pigmenting plastic film and is also effective when used with epoxy plastics, polyesters and some synthetic fibers.
