VERSAPOL GP-586 by Greenchemicals is a lubricant, compatibilizer and mold release agent. It improves the pigment, fillers, flame retardants and additives dispersion. Promotes flux junction and reduces cycle time even with high viscosity polymers.
  • Offers improved transparency and HDT by eliminating all the tension in hand made surfaces.
  • It allows a significant reduction in working temperatures (by 20-30°C) which provides advantage in flame-retardant compounds.
  • It is highly recommended for flame-retardant masterbatch preparations, including those containing red phosphorus.
  • It doesn’t affect the transparency, mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, printability, weldability and sealibility.
  • It can be added directly to the granules of polymers before the injection molding or extrusion by-passing the compounding operations with technical and economic advantages.
  • VERSAPOL GP-586 is a general-purpose additive for all polymers such as PC, ABS transparent, PMMA, SAN, SB copolymers, crystalline and transparent as co-polyamides, aromatic polyamides, co-polyesters, TPU, and polymers which needs very high temperature for the transformation as the PEEK.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.25-0.30%, 0.5-0.1% for flame retardant masterbatches preparations and 1.5-2% when an important reduction in surface friction values is required.
