Ferrofoam PE CF-40 by Ferro-Plast is an endothermic multicomponent system, based on sodium bicarbonate and citric acid derivatives. Acts as a foaming agent. Compatible with HDPE, LDPE, PP for extrusion (chemical foaming); LDPE, PS for direct gassing and HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, ABS, SAN, ASA, ABS/PC blend for injection and blow molding. For optimum gas yield, a processing temperature between 190°C and 250°C is recommended. The raw materials used, correspond to the recommendations of the German BgW and the FDA regulations.
