Ferrocling PW 60

Ferrocling PW 60 by Ferro-Plast is a concentrate of high molecular weight polyisobutylene tackifler in linear low density polyethylene. Acts as a cling agent. Contains 57-63% polyisobutylene. It is dry and free-flowing. Polymers used with it must not contain any slip or antiblock additives or have a density higher than 0.923 as it prevents the migration of the cling additive. It can be used in both blown or cast film processes. Designed to produce stretch film from LLDPE, LDPE or other polyolefins for the applications of pallet wrap, silage wrap and food wrap. Addition rate depends on which layer is used and the layer thickness. Recommended dosage rates are 8% by wt. for monolayer blown films in LLDPE (or resin mix), 3-4% for monolayer cast films. For multilayer film lines, it is added in the skin layers only. Ferrocling PW 60 compliant with FDA food contact approval.

FerroFlam® PE RPM 670

FerroFlam® PE RPM 670 by Ferro-Plast is a non-halogenated flame retardant based on stabilized and micro-encapsulated red phosphorus power grades and polyolefin as a carrier resin. Contains 70-72% red phosphorus. It is free-flowing and dust-free. It gets homogeneously dispersed in polymer compounds. It is easy to handle, accurate to dose and safe to process. Allows high consistency in quality of the final article. FerroFlam® PE RPM 670 is generally combined with one or more synergistic co-agents like metal hydroxides, organic phosphoric esters, expandable graphite, melamine compounds etc. Offers high thermal stability for polyolefins such as LDPE and PP as well as for a wide range of polymers like thermoplastic elastomers, polyamides etc. Recommended for polyethylene- and polypropylene homopolymer and copolymer based articles like tubes, jackets, profiles, film, wire and cable. Recommended dosage rate is 8-12% (by wt.) based on weight of total compositions, kind of polymers, other flame retardant content and required flame retardancy class.

FerroFlam® PE-1630

50% bromine and phosphorus compound based flame retardant in LDPE carrier resin. Also contains synergist and additives. It is antimony-free. Compatible with PP homopolymer and copolymer, HDPE as well as LDPE. Recommended dosage rate is 2-3%. Compliant with RoHS regulation.
