Ferrofoam C-129 by Ferro-Plast is an endothermic multicomponent system, based on sodium bicarbonate and citric acid derivatives. Acts as a foaming agent and a nucleating agent as well. It contains 100% of the active substance. Compatible with LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC for extrusion (chemical foaming) and LDPE, HDPE, PP, TPE, TPU for injection and blow molding. For optimum gas yield, a processing temperature between 180°C and 250°C is recommended. The dosage rate is 0.5-1.0%. Ferrofoam C-129 raw materials used, correspond to the recommendations of the German BgW and the FDA regulations.
