Supplied byEndex- Last Updated on Jan 29, 2026

Endex 100™ by Endex is a mixture of polycarbonic acids, inorganic carbonates and fatty acid derivatives. Acts as a processing aid, nucleating agent and foaming agent. It is a free-flowing white powder. It enables fine cell structure, fast degassing, fast extrusion, compatibility with beryllium-copper and no-plate-out on molds. It liberates carbon dioxide gas in a controlled manner and decomposes endothermically. Endex 100™ reduces cycle time in injection molding and shows cost effectiveness. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination, blow & rotational molding and nucleation. Used in engineering plastics.
