Endex 2650™

Endex 2650™ by Endex is mixture of inorganic carbonates in a polymeric carrier. Acts as a processing aid and foaming agent. It exhibits endothermic properties, quality & efficiency with versatility and cost-effectiveness. It enables fine cell structure, fast degassing, fast extrusion, compatibility with beryllium-copper and no-plate-out on molds. It improves polymer flow & weld line strength and eliminates molded-in stresses, warp as well as sinks marks. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination & blow and extrusion molding. Endex 2650™ recommended dosage is 1-2% for structural foam molding, 0.1% for sink mark elimination, 0.3% for nitrogen foam molding and 0.3% for extrusion & blow molding.

Endex 1040™

4,4’ OBSH in a polymeric carrier (15%). Acts as a foaming agent and processing aid. It has a high gas yield, fast response time and generates fine, closed-cell foams which result in moldings & extrusions of high quality. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination, blow molding, extrusion molding, sheet, film & profiles extrusion and rotational molding. Recommended for gas assist molding and gas counter-pressure foam molding. The recommended dosage is 1% for structural foam molding, 0.20% for sink mark elimination, 0.25% for nitrogen foam molding and 0.20% for extrusion & blow molding.

Endex 1020™ by Endex is a mixture of polycarbonic acid salt and inorganic carbonates in a polymeric carrier. Acts as a processing aid and foaming agent. It improves polymer flow & weld line strength and eliminates molded-in stresses, warp as well as sinks marks. It enables fine cell structure, fast degassing, fast extrusion, compatibility with beryllium-copper and no-plate-out on molds. Endex 1020™ generates fine, closed-cell foams, which result in moldings and extrusions of high quality. Used in moisture sensitive engineering plastics especially polycarbonate and PET. Suitable for structural foam molding, nitrogen foam molding, sink mark elimination, blow & extrusion molding and gas injection molding.
