Deoflow® Z by DOG Chemie is a calcium salts and derivatives of saturated fatty acids with inorganic carrier. Acts as a processing aid, dispersing agent and lubricant. It is water and zinc free. Improves the flow properties of the compounds and the release of the vulcanizates. Deoflow® Z is recommended for rubber compounds based on EPDM, NR, SBR and CR, in which zinc-containing processing additives could cause interferences and also for complex moldings. Optimum dispersing effect is obtained when added at the beginning of the mixing cycle or during warming up of the finished compounds. The dosage rate is 1-6 phr.
