Licocare® RBW 560 powder TP Vita

Licocare® RBW 560 powder TP Vita by Clariant is a modified natural wax-based nucleating andnlubricating agent. It shows excellent thermal stability and favorable migration characteristics in the finished product.

• Provides higher output due to reduced cycle times in injection molding of PET and PBT.
• It also has excellent mold release effect, increases degree of crystallinity and therefore the mechanical properties.
• Offers excellent thermal stability and low volatility for lower emissions.
• It is derived from bio-based feedstock for reduced carbon footprint.
• It is very effective at low concentration (0.1-0.5%) for engineering resins enhancing melt flow and external release.
• Licocare® RBW 560 powder TP Vita is suitable for particularly in polyester compounds formulated for use in the electronics & electrical, packaging, medical or transportation industries.
• It has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.
