SILIMER 6200

SILIMER 6200 by Chengdu Silike Technology acts as a processing aid. It is compatible with PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PVC, TPE & PET. As compared to traditional external additives like amide, wax, ester, etc, it shows more efficiency without any migration problem.

• It is specially developed for HFFR cable compounds, TPE, the preparation of color concentrates & technical compounds.
• It offers excellent thermal & color stability and improves processing & filler dispersion.
• It enhances the dispersion property by better infiltration in fillers, increases productivity & reduces the cost of coloration.
• It is used for masterbatches based on polyolefins (especially PP), engineering compounds, plastic, filled- compounds & modified plastics.
• It boosts coloring strength & production efficiency and shows better dilution & rheological features such as flow ability and reduces die pressure & extruder torque.
• It lowers the possibility of filler and pigment reunion.
• It is used in internal & external lubricants, composite & maintains the mechanical properties of the substrate.
• It reduces the energy consumption, the amount of compatibilizer & product defects.
• It keeps long-term smoothness and results in no precipitation after the boiling test.
• The recommended usage level is 1-2.5%
