Ionphase™ abSTAT by Cargill is a permanent & non-migrating anti-static agent. It is used during extrusion and injection molding of ABS and PP. It offers excellent processability, surface quality and no stickiness of molded part. It lowers the surface resistivity, improves the non-charging properties and reduces charge decay time. It is not humidity dependent and shows good compatibility towards the host polymer. Ionphase™ abSTAT is used in sheets & trays for electronic components & PCBs, packaging and dust-prevention for automotive interior parts. It has a maximum shelf life of 730 days.
