DISPERPLAST® -P

Supplied byBYK- Last Updated on May 19, 2021

DISPERPLAST®-P by BYK is a wetting and dispersing additive for PVC plastisols for a better incorporation of pigments and to reduce sedimentation. It is a solution of an unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer. It improves the color strength, minimizes floating and reduces the dispersion time. It also prevents any separation of the plasticizer and reduces settling. Its recommended level is 1-5% for inorganic & organic pigments, 3-5% for carbon blacks and 3% for co-grind of pigments. DISPERPLAST®-P is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, PICCS, IECSC, AICS, NZIoC and ECSI. It complies with EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS), EU Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), EU-Directive 94/62/EC (Packaging waste), CONEG Toxics in Packaging, EU Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2) and REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The shelf life of this product is 60 months.
