GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM D26M by Black Swan Graphene is a high‐performance concentrate of graphene-based nanoplate that acts as a filler. It is supplied in masterbatch form as 10% loaded in nylon. It is manufactured using a patented liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3% wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion.

• It improves tensile- & mechanical properties of Polypropylene articles up to 30%.
• It is a versatile engineering plastic used in several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, automotive under-hood applications, electrical components, housing, seatbelts, industrial wires, and cables.
• It is designed for use in molding and compounding, based on a general-purpose polyamide 6.
• GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM D26M recommended dosage level is 1-10% in the final product.
