GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM B25L by Black Swan Graphene is a high‐performance 10% graphene nanoplatelet that acts as a filler. It enhances tensile strength and elasticity, resulting in a weight reduction of up to 25%. It is used in several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers and applications such as fan- & conveyer belts, mobile phone- & cable covers, consumer goods and footwear. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It is supplied in masterbatch form as 5% loaded in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) which increases some mechanical properties up to 30%. </li> <li>It is manufactured using liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3%wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion. </li> <li>GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM B25L recommended dosage leve is 5-20% in the final product. </li></ul>

It is used in several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, molding and extrusion. It is supplied in masterbatch form as 10% loaded in polyethylene terephthalate. It is manufactured using a patented liquid phase exfoliation process incorporating 3% wt non-ionic surface agent and compounded using twin-screw extrusion. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It improves tensile and flexural characteristics when diluted with virgin and recycled PET and enhances mechanical properties by up to 10%. </li></li> <li>GRAPHCORE™ 01 GEM N28M recommended dosage level is <10% (equal to 1% GNP loading) and 5-20% in the final product. </li></ul>
